I have to disagree with all of you :/ Drinking more than 2 liters of water per day could stress your bladder and make it hard for you to "hold it in" while you're older. I read about this in a fitness magazine of women in their 50's who couldn't control their bladder at all since they'd stressed it too much while younger.…

Hello and welcome! Feel free to add me, I love giving and receiving support!

Thanks for responding! It sounds as if I shouldn't be worried, so I'm gonna try not to listen to the scale that much anymore

The comments, lol! Oh, I didn't think of that :( but at least you got past it! :)

Whenever I update my weight, I try to click at "My home" and "profile" as fast as possible in order to see it quickly... Haha I'm pathetic!

I'm 5'2 as well and my goal is 110 lbs. Although, before, it was all about my diet - I just wanted to lose the weight. But now, since I'm not seeing that much of a difference even though I've lost 7 kg, I've decided to start strength training again in order to tone my body, so I guess I'll put on a few pounds of muscles…

I've only heard people blame their size on their bones, but I've never taken it seriously. Either, you put on weight easier than others or you lose weight easier than others, ending in different sizes. I believe it has a lot to do with muscles, fat and metabolism rather than bones :)

Bump! (My first bump, lol) I have the same problem, sort of, and I want as much help and tips as possible!

We have similar goals and I'm two years younger than you :) Feel free to add me!

That's almost the same as me, although I'm going for 110 lbs :) I used to be 134, but then I got myself together and now I'm down to 119. Feel free to add me, I'd love to have a chat and hear about your journey!

When I started going to my gym, I was soooo scared of what people thought of me. It took me months, and the visit of a friend, to finally make me feel comfortable. She went there with me and showed me how to use some of the machines, how to feel more comfortable and how to stop caring what other people think! I was so…

I'm more single than ever before so I've noticed that too, although it doesn't really bother me :)

I'm only doing this because I feel bad about myself, so yes. I want to feel better and to look better and to feel, as you put it, sexy. I'm not very confident in my body but I'm feeling better now that I've lost some weight :)

I always give and receive gifts that are personal. For example, instead of buying something huge and expensive, I buy a couple of small things that I know the person likes and would appreciate. I love giving things that makes people laugh and that I know they will use! My best gift so far was in three parts; a really cute…

I love playing badminton with my dad, it is amazingly fun! And it gives us the opportunity to let loose all of the frustration and anger we build up through the weeks - especially for me, since I always win

Welcome back! I did the same thing, started during spring and then left after losing a few pounds, but here I am! Feel free to add me, I love giving and receiving support!

Really good job! The hardest part for me was to realize the difference between wanting and needing; between cravings and hunger. I used to eat whenever I was bored, sad, happy, whenever food was in reach. Now, when I'm offered food, I always listen to my body before responding. Is my tummy feeling empty and am I feeling…

This sounds great, I'll try it soon! Thanks for sharing!

I'm so glad for you, good job!

Feel free to add me, I love getting and giving support! It's the best thing about Myfitnesspal, except for the fact that you feel great about yourself when you get results

I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, thank you, but I still do, in order to keep myself motivated. Otherwise I end up not sticking to my diet either way, and I figured it won't kill me to record my weight everyday. I'm aware that weight changes during the day, so I always weigh myself in the morning, before breakfast.…

Bulimia is when it occurs a lot more often. Is a person an alcoholic for drinking once a month? No. Drinking every weekend? Maybe. Eating excessively and then working out to extreme amounts or fast is not bulimia until it's been repeated for about 2 months, until it becomes a way of living and eating normally for them.…

Thank you! I'm really feeling better about myself and my confidence is slowly starting to grow, so all of your comments makes me smile so much!

Keep going girl! The further you keep on pushing, the more NSV's you'll experience, just like these. And you're doing so good!
