Thats great!! Iv been a casual jogger for around a year now but recently started making it a routine, daily! but, even still i can only do 2 miles and thats really really pushing myself! Im glad i've read this, its proof that eventually i can get there! Keep it up and well done :-)

Im in the same boat as you!! im really bored of my dinners, i tend to eat alot of chicken and pasta at work but pasta sure aint good for you everyday!! I need ideas as to something delicious but also low on the calories... x
