  • I nursed my son for 18months and am still nursing my daughter at 21months. She is almost weaned...down to two sessions a day  However, I agree that that cover was meant to shock. The little boy looks a lot older than he is and while I (obviously) am a fan of extended breastfeeding it looked awkward and I find the…

  • I give my gal a sippy cup of her milk once we are up for the day and she has been eating table foods for a long time. I dilute and limit how much juice she has. She still wakes early in the morning and wants to nurse before we get up. She asked for "boop" this morning so maybe yesterday was just a fluke. :0)
  • I feel really full so I don't think my supply is the issue. My diet is pretty much the same except I have cut out almost all soda and late night snacks. MFP has made me realize just how much I was grazing at night. Maybe she is just ready to be done...this is very bittersweet bc she is my last nursling.
  • feel free to add me too :0)

  • I just bought the Bloch Wave dance shoe...it is being shipped as I type lol! The reviews were great for them. I hope they live up to my expectations since I Zumba 2-3x a week :0)
  • I do the same thing with whole chickens. I cook it in the crock pot and shred the meat. I usually end up with at least 4 bags of meat that I use for different meals. We had chicken enchiladas last night using thin corn tortillas, enchilada sauce, salsa, and queso. It ended up being less than 300cal per serving of two…
  • I have kept alot of my baby weight too. Now that my DD is almost weaned at 20mts I have lost weight by taking a Zumba class at least 2x a week. We do lots of standing crunches that feel like they are working my lower tummy where my cs scar is. Good luck!
  • Congrats on the new baby and for choosing to bf again! I was in the same situation. With my first my weight came off easily, with the 2nd I just didn't feel as if I had enough motivation to work out all of the time. If I were you I would not constrict your calories just yet. It usually takes about 3 months for you and your…
  • that is awesome :0)
  • I am just now starting to count my calories and my DD is almost 20 months. You really need to have at least 500 extra calories when you're nursing especially in the beginning :0)
