I should add that my initial 22 lbs was lost prior to joining MFP. I then lost 10 lbs (doing the Shred) and took a break and gained some of those lbs back so I started hitting the gym 5 days a week every week and being more active around home. I am on Day 2 of Level 2. I do them everyday. I did miss one day so I did it twice the next day lol. I didn't love Level 1. The jumping around was painful on my bad knees BUT I got results in just the first week! I just finished Day 10 Level 1 about 30 minutes ago. I'll be honest, the jumping jacks followed by jump rope is the absolute worst for me. Hi! For the shred you will need hand weights and a mat for floor exercises. I use 5 lb weights but used 3 lb weights for the first couple of days. It's a great work out.

I started two days late and today was day four. It was by far the most difficult day I've had. I didn't think I was going to make it. Seriously, it was worse than day 1. Most favorite: side lunges and lateral raises. I am dying for my shoulders to look better. Least favorite: butt kicks. I look ridiculous doing them and have trouble keeping my balance.

I love Leslie! I do 4 Fast Miles or 4 Big Miles 5 days a week. I also do her Firm & Slim (or something like that) resistance strength training dvd every morning. I have 8 of her dvds I think.
