@Jenni - maybe try either the flatbread or the rice at dinner but not both (less carbs at night). instead, try a steamed veggie (bird's eye makes frozen steam-in bags) or fresh (get a pack of zip-lock microwave steamers, no mess!) and use some "i can't believe it's not butter spray" or some parmesan cheese on the veggies.…

i burn about 800/hr using 15-22lb weights (15 is my light). my workouts are VERY aerobic with squat thursts, jumps, pushups, etc mixed in. i also take a 5 min break and do abs for 10 minutes at the end...so i guess it's more like 700 in 45 min? either way you should def get an hrm for this type of exercise.
