Calories burned in bed...
Has anyone thought about calories burned in the sack? Esp when you're on top for a long time! There's nothing listed on MFP so I did some googling and the numbers are all over the place. I think my BF would be pretty p.o.'ed if I wore my HRM while we went at it!

Has anyone done a cleanse?
Has anyone done a cleanse- like blueprint or one of those? I've been thinking of doing either one of the full cleanses for 3 days of the Juice Till Dinner one in September to give my fall a kick start. Just wondering how people felt.
