Finally got my hibernating behind back on MyFitnessPal...did very well keeping the weight off but then started slipping...one of my favorite wrist exercises to do anywhere is with the use of only your wrist & pointer finger, go thru the letters of the alphabet.

Gum has two negative side effects: 1) increase wrinkles on the face due to constant skin folding repetitiveness 2) Stimulates appetite due to the extra saliva produced why not actually depositing food into the stomach. Gum is helpful for those who are habitiual eaters & need to keep their mouth busy.

I totally understand on not living off protein shakes & bars...try increasing your intake of low fat cheese, low fate/ fat-free yogurt, turkey breast, chicken breast, egg whites & fish.

For every slice you desire to consume, make a deal to drink 2 8oz cups of water right after before moving on to the next one...I guarantee it will limit ur intake :)

Just go strickly vegetarian tonight. Most of the vegetable medelies are only 25 calories/cup. Will fill you up & pump you full of musch needed veggies :) Not to mention a great internal cleanser since they are natural chelators. Good Luck!
