I think you are beating yourself up over this WAYYYY too much.. It's easy to get off track (especially when there's chocolate involved!) but you can get yourself back on track.... Don't give up the fight!

To change body areas to measure -- go to "check in" on your home tab... under the measurement boxes, there is a link that says "change measurements". If you click this link, you should be able to add or delete for your personal preferences.

I am finding it's so easy to lose weight THIS TIME because using this site helps me count everything I eat and keeps me accountable.. Good luck with your weight loss.. No, I haven't noticed that happenning, although I am 45 and my last baby was born in 1997. Maybe the pregnancy does have something to do with it.. If it keeps up, maybe you need to call your OB/GYN just to ask.. TOM = time of the month, but I like to call it "the curse"..

Yes, that's very surprising.. I guess salads can be sneaky -- you think you're eating a low-calorie lunch, but WHAM!! 710 calories!

Korean Shingo Pears! Satisfies that "crunchy" need and very low in calories.. They are HUGE - about the size of a grapefruit.. YUM.. I found them at BJs.

I am a vegetarian so probably a boca burger without the bun, fresh steamed green beans and brown rice... Yummy and very low in calories.. Gotta watch the sodium if it's pre-packaged rice, though.

Yes, I log everything, down to the cooking oil I might use or even sugarless gum.. It's the only way I can stay on top of it and really know what's going on.

I wasn't quite thinking about the poopoo factor, but is it maybe close to your TOM?? I always gain at least a couple of pounds in water every month and then it goes away.. Just an idea.. But the poopoo comment is still very funny!

Hi -- I am finding it helpful to really watch my sodium intake.. I tend to hold water anyway, but if you start to really read the sodium content on foods (especially pre-packaged stuff) you will probably be surprised how much salt is in EVERYTHING!! Good luck to you - keep us posted..

I have been eating a vegetarian diet for the last few years (I do eat milk and eggs), but I try to focus on steamed vegetables, lots of fresh fruit, and brown rice and beans..
