Well, I believe you should be paying attention to the color--dark means dehydrated/not enough water, clear is good. Not a whole lot of into--but hopefully that helps a little.

Welcome! I love the food tracker--I found it extremely eye opening the amount of protein that I DON'T eat. I'm not sure how much you've explored, but you can track individual nutrients (aside from the normal carbs, fats, proteins) and track sugar...sodium, etc. Great tools on this site, for sure! I agree, I think there will be some repeat workouts this week. I did w5d2 today and it was miserable. I finished feeling really down and defeated. Going to try again tomorrow and hopefully feel more confident about it!! Anyone else have a hard time with week 5?

Yes! That is me. I am about a week ahead of the actual timeline, but I know I won't be moving through as quickly for the rest of the training. Halfway there! I also look forward to my runs, and I'm getting kind of anxious that I can't go today!!

I agree. Not bad. Now I need to work on my speed... Any suggestions? I'm thinking about picking op the pace the last 30 secs of each jogging session. Then lengthening that each week. Not sure if that will be enough??

I just finished w3d3 also. I'm very nervous about the jogging do. In one of the off days I did a couple of 5 minute jogs...they weren't fast...but made it through. Good luck starting week 4. I think we'll need it!! :)

Today is a "rest" day for c25k, so I decided to change it up a bit. Did 5 min walk/5 min run intervals for 45 minutes. I can't lie, the last 5 minute run was rough, but at least I got through it! Is anyone on week 4? I have to finish up w3d3 tomorrow, then I'm a little nervous for what's ahead...but now I KNOW I can run…

Ahh! I must be doing something wrong. It does not look correct. Once I make the ticker--how do I use it to track? Do I have to keep some sort of log? That's where I'm getting confused.

I was wondering if they were thawed, too. Haha. I like to mix the berries up and make more of a puree/topping than just chunks of fruit. I think the juice helps to sweeten it.

Totally with you--to rationalize the situation I always think "when I'm exercising, am I judging other people?" And for me, the answer is no--so I guess I have to take that into perspective. Hopefully, the majority of people are either super proud/jealous of you for being awesome and working hard, or not even noticing you.…
