Friday was Fire 55 EZ and today was Fire 45.

My goal for March is to reach the 140's. Right now I am 155. I would be very happy to lose 10 lbs this month. But just reaching the 140's would make me very happy.

Today was Fire 30 and Tone 30! I feel great!

My only advice would be to keep pushing play. Even if you feel like you can't do the entire workout, just do some of it. I think something is better than nothing. Even if you just march in place, keep moving! You can do it!

Hello! I am currently on week 6. So far I have lost 10 lbs which I'm pretty excited about. I love the program and I look forward to doing it every day! I think I will definitely try ChaLean Extreme after my first round. Maybe I will do a hybrid schedule so I can tone.

Right now I am loving Burberry Body. I also like Flower by Kenzo for the spring/summer time.

I did Fire 30 and Sculpt 30 last night. So happy today is a rest day!

Lately I have been eating 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 slice of wheat toast with peanut butter. This breakfast has kept me really full. Sometimes I don't even need to have a snack before lunch. I do my workouts in the evenings, after work so that is it for my morning routine.

I do not know of the cons of Turbo Fire. I love the program and I have done it consistently for the last 5 weeks. I have never been able to stick to a program before in the past. Combining TF with MFP I have seen great results. I have lost 2 lbs every week and that is huge progress for me. As far as diet programs I have…

I had to go buy cross trainers. My running shoes really hurt my feet. My feet feel much better now that I am wearing the cross trainers.

I can really see the transformation! Great job!!!

What a transformation! Congrats on your success!!!

I actually rest, I have class in the evening so it works out perfectly. Plus I think working out 6 days enough is fine. When I get to maintenance I hope to get to 5 days of week of actual working out and staying active doing fun things.

Hey if you can do it I say go for it. For me the best time to work out is the evenings. I wake up at 5:15 as it is, since I have a long commute. I cannot fathom waking up at 4:15 to work out. I did it once and I had no energy to complete the workout.

I do the 10 minute stretch sessions about 90% of the time. I definitely do the 40 minute stretch. I think it is important to stretch so I try not to miss it.

I certainly won't. I used the calculation in the TF book, I think it looks at your RMR to determine your calories. Per the book you should calculate every 4 weeks so that's what I am doing.

I wasn't super bad, but bad enough. I would eat out at restaurants and have an appetizer, entree and dessert. I would eat fried foods, not all the time but enough. I think for me, it was really my lack of exercise. I did not work out at all and I think that is important for me and will continue to be important when I reach…

I've had success with TF. I haven't completed the program yet but I lost 8 lbs in the first 4 weeks. I'm on week 5 now.
-
Thanks everyone for all of the great suggestions!

Thanks for posting. I will have to try this.

Hello1 I started TF on January 23rd and I am beginning week 4. So far on the program I have lost 6 lbs and I am pretty happy with that. I have been sticking to a 1500 calorie diet which I calculated based on the formula in the book that came with TF. I am 5'3 and started at 166 with a goal of 135. I am hoping to lose at…
