My hold ups could have been that I was working full-time and going to school full-time (taking a 15 hr course load), however, I did not let that keep me from working out six days a week.

I didn't follow the nutrition plan exactly. But I did use the how many calories you should eat calculator found in the book to determine how many calories I should eat. You can do it! :smile:

I think everything in moderation is fine. Stick to the portion size if you need that extra crunch. Although you could try adding nuts if you want that crunch factor with your salad. My only concern with croutons are not just the bread, but the butter or whatever else is used to make them.

If I want to buy something at the movies I typically go for the kids size popcorn that they have. At AMC they have a kids pack that I regularly get when I do go to the movies. Its a kids size popcorn, fruit gummies and a kids drink. For the drink I usually just get unsweetened tea.

I've done Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme. I have loved both programs and I had great success with Turbo Fire. The advice I would give is to keep pressing play, even if you feel you aren't getting the moves down you will, give yourself time. Just keep moving even if you have to walk in place. :smile:

I lost 33 lbs doing Turbo Fire, I felt it was a great workout! I am now doing ChaLean Extreme.

I lost a total of 38 lbs. I lost the first 5 lbs doing Ideal Protein, completely hated that diet so I quit. Lost the remaining 33 lbs doing Turbo Fire. Right now I am doing ChaLean Extreme and that is after doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme. Before: December 2011 After: October 2012
