You can do it! I am currently on week 8. You just have to keep pushing play. I usually feel a lot better after working out, I feel proud that I dedicated the time to do something for myself. :happy:

I went after work and bought the Polar FT4. I burned 539 calories with Fire 45 EZ, which is pretty close to what the database says I should have burned, the database says 527.

I like 7FAM and Joe's jeans. But I do plan to make a trip to Nordstrom once I get to my goal weight and try on different designers to find out which one works for my body.

I say at least mid to late 20's at the very least. Ideally probably 30+. Hopefully before that you have gotten out all of your fun experiences and are ready to settle down.

I know people like to say you never know, but I can honestly say I know for sure I would never cheat. Just not in my DNA. I respect myself and whoever I am with to not do that to someone. It's wrong and its selfish! In my opinion, nothing good comes out of cheating.

Welcome! I actually follow the schedule and I have had good results doing that. I am on week 7 right now. A couple of times I have skipped the stretch 10 videos but otherwise I have stayed on schedule. I don't know the reasoning behind no HIIT workouts, I wonder if its because they have added the sculpt and tone videos to each week. I use the calorie calculator that is in the TF book to determine how many calories I should be eating. So far I have had great success with doing it based on the calculator. The first 4 weeks…
