I receive my Graze boxes every two weeks and use them for snacks at work. So far, so good! Shredded Chicken Crushed Pineapple (drained) Chopped Dried Cranberries Mayo or Miracle Whip (light version of course!) Finely Diced Celery Sounded weird to me when my MIL first made it, but it is really quite tasty!

Sounds yummy! And just an FYI, I use the Barilla oven ready lasagna noodles that don't need cooked ahead and love them. Tried the Creamette one's once and hated them too. :)

I haven't started it yet, but bought it on Amazon.com for around $6, so I figure if I hate it, I'm not out much money. Also got some small 3 lb. handweights at Walmart for under $4 each, so for under $15, and from what I hear about 30DS, sounds like it will be well worth what I have spent!

Sounds like everyone is doing GREAT! Way to go!!! I met my personal challenge this morning...10 minutes on the elliptical. So, my updated challenge is 15 minutes by the end of the month. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

I just used some last night in my kabobs on the grill. Place rounds of zucchini with peices of onion, peppers and mushrooms on skewer and I brushed with some low sodium teryaki sauce. YUM!\ I will also sometimes saute with mushrooms and add to pasta.

Today was a great day all around, better than going over my cals and skipping the gym yesterday. I made healthy food choices today, had a great workout this morning - including 7 mins. on the elliptical (my personal challenge for the month is 10)! Sounds like everyone in this group is off to a great start for August!…

Absolutely awesome! I myself got on the elliptical for the first time today. Made it 3 minutes and my legs were on fire! But now I'm inspired to keep working at it and adding a minute each time. Thanks for the story and way to go!

I just made mashed cauliflower for the first time last night and it was yummy! There is a recipe on www.eatingwell.com that I kind of followed. :smile:
