My rock bottom was being told i am "pre diabetic" by my doctor and weighing the heaviest I have ever been. I have used everything around me as an excuse but I finally hit bottom. No more reasons to use excuses as an approval to overdue anything anymore. I want to be here for my wife, kids, and one day grandchildren
