I lucked out when I traveled. There was one in the hotel (elliptical, bike, and treadmill only hahaha). I also rented a bike. You have to do the best with your options! That's awesome you still got a workout in :-)

That sucks! I actually wiped out today if it makes you feel any better haha. I'm on the Outer Banks this week so I rented a cruiser bike today. I wasn't going to ride because I have the last 3 days..well I got excited and did anyway. It was pouring and I slipped. I'm okay but am gonna have 2 huge bruises. Got in 4.25 miles…

My goal this month is 150 miles since I achieved it in July! I'm hoping to push towards 175 but it'll be a busy month for me. So, we'll see!…

Haha! I failed yesterday, too..also with pizza (but at a restaurant). I got mushrooms and onions on it but still. My goal this weekend is to NOT go out to eat at all. It is so easy to get off track on the weekends and I must resist the temptation :P
