Oh, good to know! I always try to go for the same length of time or longer and I've consistently upped the resistance since then. So I don't always get the same amount of miles in but I make sure that my heart rate is up :-)

Saturday I did some leg raises, crunches and walked backwards on the treadmill for 15 mins on 15 incline and 2 mph pace. SUCH a burn!!!

Friday and Saturday I did some light ab work, leg raises and demonstrated the wall squat for my girlfriend haha I didn't break a sweat really or go to a gym for a full workout. I did do something at least, though!!
