  • So this morning I tried out a really cool recipe! You slice apples and dunk them in pancake batter! I made protein pancakes with them but they turned out pretty amazing! :-)

  • I prepped salad this am and made a swap of goat cheese & cranberries for cranberry-cinnamon goat cheese! It is soooo good and has less fat/calories/sugar/etc. Yay :-)

  • Blahhhh. So I missed the obstacle race on Saturday..not intentionally!! There was an accident and the traffic was insane. I didn't make it in time :-( However, I did try something new today! It was some kind of indoor bike but you can pedal with your feet and hands haha It made me sweat !!
