  • I'd love to join the shorty club. lol. I am 5'3 and have yo-yo'd from 134-158 over the past 2 years. 2015 is the year to get back in shape. I log food and exercise. Using Fitbit too.
  • I go on vacation Sept 18, so I only have 4 weeks to lose. Would be great if I could lose 10 by then. I plan to really up my exercise and track EVERYTHING.
  • I weighed in on my home scale (usually prefer the one at the gym) and it tells me 143.8. This is up almost 4 lbs from before I left for a 15 day vacation to my hometown. I ate my way through it. Yikes!
  • I am going to try and get to gym to weigh in today (the gym has my official scale:) as I am reading this officially starts tomorrow. How does it really "work"? Is it just us encouraging each other? I am happy to have friends on MFP. Feel free to friend me.
  • We have close to same goals. I am hoping to be at 135 at the end of this challenge (I think, I need to weigh in tomorrow). Good luck. I am a SAHM of 2 girls and tired of having that extra weight.

  • Hi all, So happy to find you all. This is exactly what I need. I have been trying to lose for my 10 year wedding anniversary trip which we leave on Sept 18. Losing 10 lbs puts me where I can feel more comfortable in my skin so I can enjoy the trip. I will weigh in once I get to my gym scale tomorrow. Hope to find tips on…
