same. dang. thing. ... except I was 5 and now have 4 scars on my face from it: forehead, cheek, and 2 on my chin. My brother would call me scarface when we were kids . :noway: now they don't bother me, and they are pretty faded. others: another forehead scar where I fell and ricocheted off the counter- 10 stitches or so.…

I kept seeing more and more pictures that "caught me from a bad angle"... eventually I had to admit that every angle was bad, I was fat.

I love coffee, but I am the opposite of picky. I'll usually make it super strong, and then add some tap water so I can drink it quicker. lol. And yes, if it's cold I just drop in an ice cube and call it "iced"... don't judge me. But no sugar or milkfor me :drinker:

seperate. we go 50-50 on our bills... well, he pays them and I transfer money to him. Shopping and stuff we will alternate who pays, depending on who is going shopping, or has cash on them (we pay cash for almost everything). We both work, and both choose what we spend out money on. If we go on vacation, we'll split the…

check the forum for new challenge anouncements. Then ask to join. People are forming new challenges/groups all the time, so I'm sure you won't have long to wait. :)

hmm... does my shoe collection count as an accomplishment? lol I'm proud of: Kicking cancer's behind and being a proud cancer killer (not just a survivor, I'm more bada** than that. ) Becoming fluently bi-lingual (considering the lack of emphasis in US schools put on learning other languages) Graduating the…

Don't worry too much about the fluctuations. They are normal. Just try to stay at your overall daily goal, and incorporate healthy foods into your day. I wouldn't adjust your Protein-Carbs-Fat unless you talk to a nutiritionist. Otherwise, just realise that they may be off some days, but in the long run it won't matter.…

welcome and good luck to you!
-
don't worry about it. protein is one you can pretty much always go over on and not worry about. Besides, most articles I've read state that overall calories are more important than macros (fat, carb, protein, etc). Welcome and good luck!

^yup.

Only looked at this week, but I'd say under-eating. MFP already builds in a deficit for you, so you should be reaching your 1200 goal every day. It looks like you are regularly 500 calories under. I'm not a professional, so this is just my opinion. I have lost 20 lbs (9 kg) in the 3 1/2 months that I've been on MFP. I eat…

wonderful!!! I bet that's an amazing feeling, I know it was for me when I left the "evil O" zone... and entered the less-evil Overweight zone. :D Keep it up! You can do this!

well, for most of the world, football is "soccer." I think football (soccer) is better! Much more interesting, faster paced, etc. I'll maybe watch the superbowl but not really interested in American Football, even though I grew up in the US...
