hey guys... did W5D3 and I could run straight for 20 + 5 more mins :drinker: And made it to 1.8miles with 13min/mile :brokenheart: I know this is bad... but do I need to do W5D3 again to increase the speed (or) can I go to W6, pls give your thoughts here.. Thanks :flowerforyou:

hey.. sometimes that happens... & for me.. scales dint budge for 2 weeks.. and the following 3rd week.. I was 2 pounds down... so learnt waiting & not weighing very often is the key :) Good luck with it..

hey,... I am as well in the same boat.. for the last 1.5+ years all day headache throughout.. have been doctors / neurologists have taken CTscan, MRI, Doplar scan... EEG and everything seems to be normal.... and not even 1 pain killer or any medicine has worked on me so far!!! try tracking the (as below) in a document..…

Thanks for clarifying.. and btw I have a fat% of 34 and I have big thighs.. so finding a smaller size jean & fitting myself into it has always been a dream :'( and I have to always wear dresses that would hide my thighs :(((
