hey... I have never heard anything like this before... exactly every 1 hr 15 mins.. I had to take a break... even if am in meetings as I drink like 3 ltrs!! Ah I cant believe that bosses are starting to have issues with loo breaks... wth!!! And on the food part, I would say 'no thanks' just pointing to some kind of health…

I totally agree with this.. eat more (or) exercise less!! I was 4-5 pounds down last month.. all I did was 90 mins of exercise for every week and 1200 cals of food every day.. thats all and it worked and working like a charm... Good luck!!!:)

hey... might sound silly.. but you can try this... Note down the headache patterns in terms of the a) time you get it every day b) what is the food that you had few hours before that c) any other triggers that you think could have caused like - strenuous exercise or lack of sleep or exposure to sunlight or hunger or…

Great!!! I too did my W7 today and I was able to run 25 mins straight.. though W6 I was able to run 28 mins :) Dont know what went wrong thou.. :huh:
