I weigh in every morning, but I don't take the number very seriously. The only number I take seriously is my weekly weigh-in.

I weigh myself every morning. The falling numbers remind me to do well that day. :) I also weigh myself at the gym because I broke my digital scale and have to rely on my $10 dial scale. I like for it to be precise. The different between .6 and .1 matters! haha.

It is possible! My sister-in-law lost it after her first baby within a couple months eating 1200 a day and exercising. She just had her second baby and she is already on her way back to her flat stomach.

It doesn't take long to do 200 calories! I got 280 done today in 30 minutes. Under 1200 won't do you any good in the long-run.
