@brittanywaulters the way I cut out soda a few years back was switching to flavored sparkling water, and then eventually cutting that out too.

I need more motivation as well. I am motivated to eat healthy and lose weight, but on bad days I just want to do nothing and eat all the cheese in the world!

Way to go! Taking the first step in the right direction can be the most challenging. I have an extremely sedentary job, working long hours.
