  • You can add ANY seasoning ~ go to the grocery store and just browse, there's so much to choose from... I also *love* the steamer packs that Birdseye has in the freezer section. THose have a little seasoning already on them, and they are so easy to prepare.. you can even take them to work.

  • I agree.. you really do need to take in more calories to optimize your metabolism. Otherwise, you'll lose weight initially.. and plateau off.

  • I'm doing Insanity (second round, actually) ~ you can look at my numbers if you want to get an idea of calories burned per workout.
  • Just do your best and focus on YOU! Things will probably feel a little awkward, but you may be surprised in that things come back much quicker ~ muscles have a keen sense of memory. :-) You'll be fine!
