You guys look so great! I was down to 130 two years ago and loved it. I still had meat on my bones , a big butt, and curve.s. That's exactly how I want to look again. I don't want "skinny". Thanks for your pics ladies!!

I go to Curves for a 30 minute workout 5 times a week and I'm taking 2 fitness classes a week. PiYo and Pound.

I've been wearing my HRM so I log the actual calories.

I'm doing workouts at Curves and taking a few fitness classes. As far as diet, I'm just logging all my food and making sure to stay in my calorie goal.

Day 2 is in the books! I am so sore. Not sure if it;s from starting Jillian yesterday or the workout class that I did. 28 days to go!

Day 1 done. Started a day late, but going to not have a rest day to catch up. This is my second time doing 30DS (1st time was a couple years ago). My least favorite part is the Cardio...YUCK! lol I hate cardio.

My nights are full of wanting to eat as well. Mostly CHEESE! I swear as soon as I lie in my bed at night my body/mind starts saying "Me want Cheeeeeeese" Ugh. It drives me insane. I did buy some babybel lights and some of the weight watchers smoked sting cheese. Only 50 calories.

I'll be taking a rest day on Saturdays. This is my regular rest day for working out anyways, so I'll keep it a rest day for this as well. That being said, this 30 day shred will take me about 34 instead of 30.

We don't have any gyms where I live. Small town. We have curves and the YMCA. Curves is WAY cheaper. We also have a studio that has different classes and curves members get 50% off, so that might help with my variety of workouts. I also have a TRX at home I plan on starting to use again.
