Don't worry about natural sugar from fruits, just watch out for things that have added sugar. A lot of people on here wont track it because it comes from fruit.

Even if you don't have diabetes, people without it can feel the effects of low blood sugar from time to time. just make sure your eating enough and if you do get that feeling, just eat.

Yeah I have to agree with that sounding like low blood sugar. Sometimes even though doctors say that its not too low it can vary on how it feels for you.

Just because your full doesn't mean your body is. You still need to eat even if your not hungry keeps your metabolism going
