Weigh in today - 139.5. Lost 1.5 pounds. Also took measurements and I have lost more inches since July 1st, when I last measured! So excited.

Stayed under calories despite 2 parties today! I am amazed. Drank about 5 glasses of water... going drink more now. I will have 8 before bed tonight. Did 30 day shred and 50 squat lunges.
