Two comments: You do need to log the breastfeeding because it does burn calories, and you need to eat those extra calories to provide nourishing milk for baby. Also, you burn 30% more calories when you push a stroller so that's a big deal too! Good job mama - it'll come off!

I have a friend that tried it and tried to work out as well... those things don't go together. You can't eat only 500 calories a day and still have energy to exercise. She loves exercise so she stopped HCG and continued her journey the healthy, normal way.

For those of us who do not run (me included): don't be thrown by the wording for week 2 "for every 5K you do, you will get extra points". I am NOT running 6 5k's this week. I will do one, maybe two if I feel ridiculously crazy (which I probably won't). One 5k for me is a big deal. Just sayin'...

RE: Ann's comment: you can choose to do Pygmy or Bushman every day, it's not a month long commitment. I think this is neat because if you look at the advanced one and it looks doable, you can do it without having to do that one every day. We are all stronger than we think! Try it and see.

I have a Timex http://www.amazon.com/Timex-T5G971-Unisex-Personal-Monitor/dp/B000P8VWQS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314930048&sr=8-1 and it's been great. About $40 on Amazon with the chest strap and I get similar readings as other women in my workout classes, so it seems accurate with calories burnt. I love it.

Do a Tabata workout first. There is a series of different ones you can use... just YouTube "You Have Four Minutes Tabata" and there's at least 10 on that channel. Then do the Bushman workout of the day. I have been entering mine as circuit training in MFP.

Don't give up girl! You're such a badass, I love reading what workouts you did every day! Think about this - a family friend of mine is a plastic surgeon and says you don't want to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week or your skin will still sag. Good reason to take it slow!
