I heard that this the 30 day shred video is for 3-5 lb weights. I just did it for the first time and used my normbal 8 lb weights and now I feel a burning in the back of my neck. I think I will try 5 lbs tomorrow.

Honestly is sounds like you have a really old or bad pair of running shoes. You should go to an athletic shoe specialty store that specialized in running and track shoes. They will look at the shape of your foot, watch you walk and determine your 'pronating' status. They can also determine what type of shoes you need by…

Yes it works and you should start it if you are ready for an intense work out plan.

Yes, it would play a factor. You should weigh in first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, after your morning pee.

Speaking of Tom....carbs cause water retention. I've noticed when I reduce the carbs during my Tom, I don't have ANY weight gain. Before I started doing this, I used to gain 5-7 lbs during my Tom.

I personally don't think it would hurt. We are supposed to do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day. It's not good to lift weights everyday but daily cardio is a good thing :)

Wow...you are lucky. That happens to me first thing in the morning in my first or second mile :)

This is my 4th day and I love it! I've already seen an improvement in my diet!

Look for recipes for cold bean salads that can also be eaten at room temps. Chick peas are very healthy....try some cold recipes with those too.

My husband and I did P90X and we didn't use the bars and shakes while we were doing it. If you follow the recipes in the book that comes with it, you will lose weight faster but the recipes are time consuming and bland, in my opinion. You will see a huge difference using P90X, even without the shakes and bars. I started…
