700 calories for an ice-cream cone? That seems really high. I buy the ice-cream cups from Walmart - Great Value brand. Only 100 calories!

I really do gain weight that fast. If I eat then my weight goes up immediately.....but I lose and gain weight very quickly.

I use a resistance band to work out my tricepts and it has gotten rid of my 'batwings' :)

I agree with what everyone else is saying. Looking at your diet you are eating too many refined carbs and not enough protien. Chicken will fill you up much longer than bread. For dinner I eat allot of chicken and steamed veggies with Mrs Dash. Then I can always throw in a bag of light popcorn when I get the munchies.

I've done it before. Very expensive but you will have more energy than you've ever had before. I couldn't get enough excerise! :)

My husband weighs ALLOT more than I do and he burns more calories when we do the same exact workout. I am pretty sure the more you weigh the more calories you burn.

Tyson grilled chicken chunks are lean chunks of grilled chicken breast. Very high in protien and low carbs. Easy to take a serving with you in a snack bag. I also will make a quick tuna salad with only yellow mustard, relish and celery salt. Very high in protien and no fat from mayo because I don't use it :)

Sounds like your hip flexor? I've been dealing with that pain for a while. If you have a chiropractor, I would schedule an appt. My chiropractor has been able to take the pain away with one visit.

Since you don't eat meat, I would suggest eating long grain brown rice. A serving of long grain brown rice is only 1/4 cup. I have noticed that I weigh less the next morning when I haven't eaten anything late the night before. But I always get the munchies at night and usually have to eat something.

In your situation the length of your legs have nothing to do with the fact that you are the fastest in your class. Two years ago, when I was running everyday, I ran a 7.5 mile too and I passed everyone up in my bootcamp class when we would run. I have short legs and am just under 5'4.

That's the problem....you are wearing the wrong shoes. You shouldn't wear cross-trainers to run in. Sorry but that's not a good shoe for any type of distance. Those shoes are great for lifting weights in the gym or even for a bootcamp.....but not running. There's your problem :)
