Jump rope. Take a 30 minute walk. Do some lunges and push ups. Or go on to youtube and find a 30 minute workout to do. I type in P90x or Insanity and you can see workouts on there to do.....

Not great for the long term. Once you incorporate carbs back into your diet you risk gaining it all back plus some. Eating healthy carbs is the best way to go.... Veggies, high fiber. I think it is normal to feel this way. Knowing that we know how hard it is to work out, to eat healthy, etc. and of course we want people to love and take care of themselves.
