I like your plan. I'll add to it by keeping an eye on the empty calorie alcohol drinks at the social gatherings. I plan to have a wine glass in hand with sparkling water in it rather than wine.

Thomas - I have a Benelli M3 which is both semi and pump action 7 +1. It sits on my FAC, not my shotgun certificate because of the capacity. Do the restrictions in Ireland mean that you couldn't own one?

I live in the UK and am the proud holder of an FAC (Firearms certificate) and a Shotgun certificate. The legislation here is tight and different to the US.
