This sounds great! I'm in with a little twist, $5 lb on weigh in days and $10 per week for hitting my other goals (ie 3-5 workouts, under calories of the week, 8-10 glasses of water a day).

Could you possibly get a stand up desk? We have that option at work and I love it. For those that wanted we got cheap stand up desks from IKEA and tall roller chair, in case you want to sit at some point. Then if you want, you could get a small, portable treadmill for under you desk and walk and work at the same time.

I only eat them back if I am hungry. If I'm not hungry I don't eat them back. Also, if you feel hungry, drink a glass of water first. Sometimes the body mistakes hunger for thirst.

Add me, I too am trying to loose that. What I have done is created smaller goals with rewards (non-food related), put them with notes of encouragement in envelope, I shuffled all the envelops and then wrote smaller goal weights on the front.
