Why not try aiming from a different angle...like being able to do proper pushups or competing in a fun run for a cause that is close to your heart, there are normally shorter distance options available.…

Yeah, that's the way that I have heard it, and while it makes sense to those of us that have been exposed to this kind of training before, it's totally foreign to other people. Thanks for your response. :)

It's not a failure at all, you said it yourself that you'll try again tomorrow. Quitting would be failure, trying is not! Better luck tomorrow...you just need to do one more minute, or one more pushup to have improved. Keep moving forward! :D

I started this on Monday, so did Day 2 today. I reckon I am going to struggle to get out of bed in the mornings to do this at first. I was dripping in sweat by the end of the warm-up this morning!!

I have to agree here!! I was interested in this topic to find out which are the most nutritious...I struggle a lot on weekends so thought that i could use meal replacement shakes at least for two meals over the weekend. So want to know that the ones I choose are still balanced but low calorie...
