I sometimes do if it is 'that time'. It's weird, I don't have big ones but if I am feeling a bit tender and agitated they just feel in the way so I find it more comfortable to pop a sports crop on to keep them in front of me away from the dangers of underarm squish!

Asthma giving me grief today - had to swap my walk for some Yoga. Still no sweets though :)

I am aiming for around 55kg (120 pounds). I have been stuck at the 60kg barrier for a while now - but this morning I finally dipped under it by 0.2. I won't record this as a weigh in until I see it on the scale for more than one day. Here's hoping it wasn't just a empty eating day (was feeling a bit off last night and…

But I did get very close to getting up early so maybe tomorow I will succeed. I have booked a walk for tonight with my bestie so box…

I cannot tell you how great this app has been. Best 99c I ever spent lol. Full of info, loads of programs even without purchasing the premium version, full video examples and info on all individual poses, free background music downloads, and the ability to create your own routine if you were so inclined. I seriously…

Yay - I've had 3 attempts and have managed to last a little longer each time, so hopefully I'll be able to get through the whole program in one go soon. Sounds good - now if I could just get into the habit of getting up and doing it before work.....lol

Thanks Em :) Thankfully I have not had any pain after I finish, which helps me selieve that it is just like starting any other exercise, like sore butt after spin and sore legs after pump etc, it will go after a few sessions. I tried again last night and it was still a struggle but I was fine as soon as I stopped, didn't…

Oh no - I am a dirty quitter!!!!!! Can't stick to this challenge I am avoiding it like the plague! :frown:

I use it in my tea every morning now. I find it super sweet so i don't use anywhere near as much as I would of normal sugar or equal. Here in Australia it is available in the supermarket - same section as the sugar and artificial sweetners.

So close to the being under 60kg! Im pumped!

I recently changed mine to 1100 before exercise - i'm just experimenting as I have really not been losing much on 1200. Some days I eat back, some days i don't, but because I am hopeless at weighing my food portions (I have a fairly good eye from lots of baking experience, but I am sure I under and over estimate a bit) I…

Oh no - I was in this situation last month, I sprained my hip joint and it was very....VERY unmotivating. Made it really hard to give in to resting yet not get that 'stuff it I'm over it' mentality. Chin up :)

I like the pushing the ab crunches thing. I am TERRIBLE at ab workouts and avoid them like the plague. This might make me less of a whimp. Also - I thought maybe as a side challenge we could make an effort to try one new form of exercise we haven't done before every week. If it's a new class, a diffferent type of dvd that…

Thankfully - building my house has contributed to some exercise minutes this week! I am hoping to lose a zillion kilos once we start painting! hehe. We are so close to finishing ths month's challenge - are there any suggestions as to what to set for our next challenge?

I am pretty sure this is a large contributor to the fact that most of us shorties have really tall men  The top shelf is important dammit!

ARRRGH TOM always comes when our challenges are due to finish and so I weigh and it looks like I have done NOTHING lol STUPID TOM

I used to play WoW, mostly on weekends as my non gaming fiance HATED IT if I was on too much. But I had a falling out with my friend (my co-WoW pilot) and now I don't play anymore. And I don't really miss it, I thought I would but I fill my time with so much that I didn't realise how much I was missing out on by sitting on…

I have been an on again off again user of this site (and others) for quite some time. It always seemed like so much hard work and nothing moved on the scale on any sort of permanent basis - so I continually gave up. Something in me has changed in the last 3 months or so. I have knocked around 2kgs off and seem to be…
