HI danyelweighsin, I too am new to my fitness pal. Like yourself, I too have lost 50 lbs and have gained it all back. I have to come to realize that I need accountability and I think that this website will provide assistance and help. I am married with no children, but do enjoy my two big doggies. Teaberry
