  • Got in a little over twenty miles today. I think I'm ready to do twenty five or thirty. So happy to be improving. I want to be doing fifty mile rides by summers end.
  • Try some non fat vanilla greek yogurt. Add a modest serving of chocolate chips (I use one teaspoon) and maybe some almonds, or other nut of choice. You wind up with a "dessert" that has pretty decent macros.
  • I would say the same as above. I did a cheat day once and regretted it. Now I try to focus on healthy rewards and scrumptious "clean" cheats that satisfy cravings without derailing all my hard work. The hardest thing to outrun is your fork.
