  • I've had good luck with spinach in my fruit smoothies! You can't really taste it as long as you don't go overboard and if you put a few dark berries in along with it you won't have a gross colored smoothie! I'll have to try this recipe!

  • Don't be too hard on yourself! I was doing the 100 pushup challenge and I think I only narrowly averted a total elbow and shoulder disaster! I was pushing myself pretty hard and in week three I started showing signs of tendonitis. Good form is key and it's okay not to progress quite as fast as the program suggests!

  • I eat omelettes all the time, too! It seems like my omelettes often end up so full of veggies I can't fold them in half! My typical omelette has tomatoes, green peppers, onion, spinach and mushrooms. If I'm extra hungry I add a slice of pepper-jack cheese and a little turkey.
