Ah! Actually, am a vegetarian. All I can get from is... Milk, Yoghurt, Nuts and few beans/lentils. And Beans/Lentils would be too heavy for dinner. So, its not everyday, I can count on it. So, need to look for adding in protein. psst... I think only we two are up right now. Answering each others posts. :tongue:

Drinkable Yogurts are high in cals(150+) and low on proteins(5-7 gm)... I mean all that I could find. Please let me know, if there is some specific brand recommended. In comparision, Whey/Soy Protien with water gives less than 50 cals and 23 gm protein. I wish to have a substitute for it. Checked Kelloggs, but, 1 sachet…

I don't like to drink soya/Whey protein in 6/8 oz water. :sick: Any idea for 100 calorie drink/snack, which is high in protein?

That does it. I consider this as a indication, that I should not hold back anymore, and get one cup for myself. 1 coffee a day isn't that bad. :drinker: And Juliebean,(I dunno, if I'm committing a mistake advising you this) you can try nescafe instant coffee sachets, if you like the taste.

Thx for your wishes. Yaa am sticking to polyphasic sleep. Took me a week to adjust. But now I don't even need the music for those 20 minutes naps. I sleep so sound in every nap and wake up energetic. Its helpful to have 4 hours more on your hand. It makes me regular with my exercise and also with learning my hubby-to-be's…

So, the engagement date is to be somewhere between 23rd Oct - 2nd Nov. I need to loose at least 4 kg by then. And another 3-4 kg by Dec '08. No falling back. I have one. Its good for lIght workouts. I do all yoga and muscle workouts daly. takes about 90 minutes. Its better when It lets you do advanced levels.

I was lucky this time. She didn't leave any extra baggage behind. Had lots of water near to her arrival. reduced salt intake. took long walks(am no runner). Also, didn't want to get a pain. It was good this time... shorter, painless and no extra weight. I was pretty active and biked to my office, like usual days.
