Hey, I am trying to lower my carbs. I have done Atkins as a preop diet and did very well. My issue now is the cravings. How do you get past the cravings and wanting the cookies and crackers? I find myself muching on them and when not even hungry!!! HELP!!!

I bought it....and it was just too annoying for me. It is actually 30 minutes a day....I can get that at the gym. It was a decent workout. I ended up sending it back and getting a refund.
