I have tried it. In fact I still have some in the cabinet. It did not work for me. The only thing that I find helpful is eating in moderation and increasing my exercise. :drinker:

Welcome. So far it has helped me keep track of my calories and exercise. I plan my meals and document everything in the morning before I eat. By doing this I have a good idea of my calories consumed and burned. Good luck. :smile:

I hate to exercise too, but I think I found a little trick. My cousin's company offered incentives to employees to get fit. Each employee was given a pedometer and the one with the most steps at the end of 20 days will win a prize. I took this plan to my job. Now we are all participating. The goal is to walk 10,000 steps…

Planning your meals/snack is a must. I usually don't plan the night before, but plan while packing my daughter's lunch for camp. As I pack her lunch, I pack my salad, fruit, etc. It has really worked for me. :smile:
