The weekend especially Sunday is very bad for me. I do well all week and then on Sunday it like I lose my mind. Last Sunday i took in 1201 extra calories by eating junk. I think it is stress. I am an emotional eater. I need to find another way to handle my stress, exercise, sleep what ever. Good luck :smile:

I have not tried it but google it and read the warning before you buy. There are about 4-5 products that are recommended. Supposedly the recommended products have had some success. There are also free trials offered. Good luck:smile:

Hi: Mon-Sun: Leslie Sansone 5 mile walking tape which includes strength training. I add weight to walk. Usually 3-4 days a week I also do the belly burner tape. I wear a pedometer and try to make at least 20,000 steps per day.

Scales are different. I would choose one scale and weigh myself without clothes, before breakfast in the morning. Remember your weight flucuates throughout the day. Sometimes after exercise I am actually heavier due to water retention. Also remember the scale may be wrong. Make sure it is balanced. Scales can be evil:mad:

Hi: I am in New Jersey and one of my neighbors had the same problem. She worked it out with the board and her child goes to the nearest bus stop ( in your case 1/4 mile) and is picked up and dropped off with the other children. The kids are picked up there anyway so they may allow him to ride also.

Hi: Question, I don't know how old the baby is but my daughter loved going on long walks when she was little. I would put her in the carriage and she would sleep while I exercised and burned more calories because I was pushing her. Don't get discouraged :frown: things don't always workout the way we plan but we keep moving…

Don't waste your money. I tried it and nothing happened. It is still sitting in my cabinet. I drink it sometimes when I feel like having tea.

Hi: Worst thing to do is binge eat at night. Try to eat your exercise calories throughout the day or add extra calories to a meal. We all hit a plateau it will pass and you will see results again. Good luck:smile:
