I have to agree. I would much rather have little-to-nothing during the day and have what I wanted when I went out. Looking at a menu and telling myself I am only allowed certain things when it is supposed to be a treat just makes me miserable!!

I have a feeling you're going to get a real mixed bag of replies on this one! Some people will say you're eating far too less and others will say it is about increasing the exercise to earn more calories and gradually adapting. It may be worth upping them slightly to help you adjust to the change, but I think once you get…

Super amazing, you look fab! Have you done any before and after measurements? Your waist is tiny!!
-
I measured and weighed after Level 1 and have lost 3.5 inches and 4lbs. I thought my inches would be more as I feel and look really different (when I look in the mirror, although not in photos?! Dillusioned, much?!) but hopefully after Level 2 there will be more evidence of change!!

Level 2 is pure evilness!! I am on Day 3 of L2 and am really feeling the aching in my tush and the backs of my shoulders!!
-
It's good to let the body recover. I work out Monday - Friday and rest at the weekends

Wow, a fantastic post. Many thanks for sharing - you look amazing and obviously have a great attitude and outlook on life

Wow, I think it is amazing you have lost weight and quit smoking at the same time. That is a serious achievement, well done!! :flowerforyou:

Give it a few weeks and you'll notice a massive improvement I bet!
-
Wow, what a difference! You don't have that much chest fat, but have you tried doing any strength training?
-
Fantastic! Well done, Robin - you've inspired us all to keep going!
-
Amazing job, everyone!! Seriously inspiring stuff!!
-
OMG that is amazing!! I measured myself after doing 10 Days of Level1 (took 14 days, the same as you) and didn't have anywhere near the results you have had! The most I lost was 1.5 inches from my hips?! Wow! Hopefully I would have lost a bit more after Level 2, otherwise I think the DVD shall be going out the window!!…

Hahaha! Can't wait to see that!!

I workout at home with DVDs. I originally started doing them after work in the evenings, but most of the time it's the last thing I wanted to do when I got in?! Now I get up earlier and do 25mins of 30DS before work. I love working out on an empty stomach and it really wakes me up and gives me a boost first thing. Much…

Haha!

I finished Day 9 on Level 1 this morning, so only one more day of Level 1 to go! (Eek!!) I notice a big difference in my waist already and feel SO much stronger! I am doing it Mon-Fri before work and then taking the weekends off because I think that is the most realistic way for me to stick to it. I still find the jumping…

On the 30 Day Shred Jillian says the dumbell rows are for back fat. You stand with your feet hip-width apart and sink down, and then pull in and out with weights, pinching your shoulders together at the back as if you're rowing a boat - hope that makes sense! If you do them properly they're nice and painful! :grumble:

The very first place weight loss shows on me is just under my bust/top of my tummy :o)
-
Wow, amazing transformation! How long did that take you? Awesome!!
-
Yes you are right. I think that is the biggest inspiration of all. I've tried loads of short-term faddy diets, but I've never felt more in control and excited about losing weight as I have now. It's also making me exercise along with watching what I eat, which I never really did before. Makes such a difference to slimming…

I really want to get a monokini too!! That is actually my mini goal for our honeymoon in September (other than fitting into my wedding dress, which is more of a 'necessity' than a goal! Haha!!) x

We should SO make this a proper MFP International Day!!! Hehe.

Wearing next-to-nothing all year round and walking around the house naked as much as possible!! Hahaha!! :D
-
You're right, there isn't that much cardio. It still burns some calories mind you. I burn around 240 calories each time without the cool down afterwards :)
-
Wow beautiful, well done!! Thank you for sharing :oD
-
Amazing! You look totally beautiful and definitely don't need to lose any more :o)

Wow, that is amazing!! You've all done so well!! :oD
