Thank you for the reply! You're right, eating more is scary! Haha!! I was at 1330 for a while and upped it last week after doing a BMR/TDEE calculator thingy on the Jillian Michaels site. That recommended 1546 for 2lbs a week loss. I may see how I get on over the next week or two at that and go from there. I actually am…

Hrm I think I do....saying that there are sometimes naughty little extras I have that I don't log (the odd biscuit...etc). Perhaps it is all those little extras that are adding up!! I don't log condiments actually, and I do put salt on most things I eat, which I know is bad and probably wouldn't help with water....another…

I have some that are 3.3lbs and some that are 10lbs, so a bit of 'one extreme to the other'! I use the 3.3lbs for most of 30DS but sometimes change to 10lbs if I can manage it. They are really heavy though!! :blushing:

I am currently on Day 4 of Level 2. It is a tough workout and I find anything in the plank pose really difficult. I actually substitute the plank abs at the very end with bicycle crunches. They are easier on the arms and I find I work my abs out a lot more with those. I figure it is better to do another version of…

Me too!! I love pasta, but a 350 calorie portion just doesn't fill me up and I hate wasting more calories on just pasta alone and in just one meal?! Will give these a try for sure - thanks for sharing!! :flowerforyou:
