Just like other replies, I eat some of the ready meals when I work at the weekends. During the days I am not working, I am only eating fresh meals and/or sandwiches.

I have gone way over my limit yesterday too. I left space for my lasagne dinner however my partner used different ingredients, my portion was huge and I had 2 WW garlic pains. I weigh in once a week - Saturday. I do it as soon as I wake up but I go to the bathroom first. :) I avoid the scale during the week, as the weight fluctuates and I don't want to be discouraged if it's more than I expect.

I live in England ... I am trying the lighter choices of cheddar that are available here, however I am not sure I found something with 75% fat free. :)

Since I am so addicted to cheese I even got a cheese platter as Christmas present from my partner ... :laugh: I do like my lager as well and I can drink A LOT! So for me this weight loss journey would be about cutting everything to the minimum in the first instance, then make sure I am strict with my portions. I must admit…
