  • I had to take a 3 days break from Jillian due to family commitments over the weekend. Picked it up again yesterday with L2D5. OMG I was achy ... all my planks were done the same as Anita ... and one of my legs just did not want to let me jump high enough ... but I pushed through and did it and I am proud of myself!

  • Yes it is one of those apps that you have to cover the camera lens with your finger and supposedly it captures the blood pumped into your finger.   • I actually have to stop and catch my breath sometimes I agree about those plank position I can do some of the jumps but the second set I usually end up doing it modified. In a way I am "glad" to see I am not the only one feeling overwhelmed it just gives me strenght to move forward. Together we can make it! :)

  • I finished my Day 10 yesterday. I lost 2lbs but that was on Saturday (my weigh in day). I definatelly feel stronger now and I am looking forward to level 2 today. I am crap at measuring so will measure at the end.

  • I did not feel sore after my Day 3, however I still find some of the exercises challenging, like the first set of cardio, pushups and the last set of abs, therefore I did not more onto lvl 2 yet. Will move onto it on Monday. :)
  • I think measuring is better because sometimes you lose inches and build muscle. Anyway my day 10 is on Sunday and my weigh in day is tomorrow (Saturday), so I can still post my results. :) Good luck to you all!
  • Today was my day 8 and although I feel better overall with the whole lvl 1 workout, I must admit the first cardio almost killed me... however I can do the pushups (modified) almost without break. I am looking forward to lvl 2 although I am sure that even if it looks good it probably isn't at all easy. :)
