Yeah I'm the same way I worked out 2 days in a row on some pretty hard to me stuff and walked extra both days and my legs and back have been hurting so I been doing arms and light walking to get in my movement never in my life have I ever worked so hard on me!

keep Healthy snacks in the car, Carrots, Apples, celery, nuts just stuff to snack on while on the road that arent that bad for you when its time to eat out order appitizers and share them or ask for a box ahead of time put half or more in to the box so that you dont eat it "Out of sight, Out of Mind" drink lots of water…

As a former smoker who has been smoke free for 5 years I say you have done well bump whoever doesn't think you have quit from 1/2 pack to ecig 3 times a day is a huge improvement!!!

I used my Start walking at home 3 miles with Leslie Sansone 45min long then I took my little guy for a 30 min walk around the neighbor hood since all the older children are at Vacation Bible School this week! ended up with all my calories for the day back lol

so far I took my little one to the park this Am and chased them all over it instead of sitting on the bench and found a great thing today! this is at our park right next to playground and is free sorta lol I say sorta because on my waterbill I pay $1 for Park Upkeep and renovations lol but $52 a year for that is awesome…
