  • It's a flawed concept even with celery. As mentioned above, the only thing ever truly considered negative calories (if one were to insist on using the term) would be good ol' H20. But even then, it's not like you can eat a cupcake and chug a gallon of water and call it even.
  • You forgot to factor in quantum displacement. I think the real answer is 32.3893, but that is by using average stalk size, so there may be some variables and differing outcomes.
  • I would never factor in this theory to my calorie counting. If I consume calories, I count them...I don't magically expect them to burn more than was consumed.
