I will also mention one thing that helped me was cuttinh my sugar intake. When i eliminated a lot of sugar, the pounds fell off. :)

I work in an office as well. I would love some more friends. Whether you are trying to lose or maintain. I could use the support myself.

I just started weaning myself off of it. It was hard at first but became easier. Also, after not eating a lot of sugar for a while, now everything tastes super sweet. haha

I'm with the above poster. Use a scale and be mindful of portion sizes. It has helped me tons. We all are different but I believe that this is one of the keys in losing weight. Feel free to add me if you like. I'm trying to maintain right now but I have Hashimotos and know how hard the journey can be. :)

Hey there. I understand. I was at 216 and am now down to 140's. I've been on this journey for about 4 years or more now. Im trying to maintain and it is definitely the hardest part. Add me and we can help each other.

I understand all to well. I get in these spells and i always sabotage myself. Try to take it day to day.

Add me. I have been at this a longtime. I've lost about 70 lbs. I got to my goal weight but with the weather and time change have gotten lazy and not been making the best food choices. We can help motivate each other.

Hey girl. Welcome back. I have been on this journey off and on for about 4 years now. I have managed to lose about 50 lbs. I just started back up and looking to find some new friends. I stopped drinking alcohol 3 years ago and haven't looked back so I can defo help you on that aspect. Add me. :)

I used home workout videos. Also, if you have a wii try Zumba, or Wii Fit, also there is one called My Fitness Coach that gives you a different workout everyday..you never do the same thing.
