Hey there! I also have Hypothyroidism and Hashimotos. I've been Hypo for about 12 years and just recently found out a couple years back that i have hashis. So, i understand the struggle completely. I slacked off and have gained back 10 lbs. :( Anyway, send me a friend request. :)

@jojov62 I go to a calorie calculator and estimate it that way. I think they give too little calories on here.

Yep! Getting back on track. I hit my goal last summer and was maintaining. But..i got lazy and stopped logging and exercising. Ive since then gained about 10 lbs. Ugh!!

Hi. I can't say that i have experience on losing weight whilst taking lithium but I have been on Paxil for years. I also suffer with hypothyroidism that I am on medication for. The thing that helped me the most was setting small goals instead of looking at the whole amount of weight to lose. Also, eliminating drinks with calories. Water is your friend. :) Lastly...slow and steady wins the race. It took me a couple years to finally get where i wanted. Just keep going...don't set a time limit.

I met my goal last year and was maintaining. But then, I stopped logging and exercising.. and pretty much got lazy. I'm not even going to lie. Lol. I've managed to gain 10 lbs. and I don't want to gain anymore. I've worked too hard to get where I am to gain it all back. So Its time to stop spiraling down the rabbit hole…
